employers who disregard the state smoking law and still let employees smoke in public business with no concern for secondhand smoke.
water company for charging sewer fee when customers are watering their grass.
people who try to take advantage of good customer service by wanting more and something for nothing.
The Republic for telling me that they do not have the time or the papers to deliver to me for my missed paper on Sunday morning.
city administration for not taking into account the cost of the personnel and company that would do the billing for ambulance services.
station that changed its music format.
whoever painted the back of the street signs black on Fifth Street between Lafayette and Pearl.
