Mark Jessie, 43, of Rosedale Drive, suffered fractures in his right ankle and in his left leg.

The driver of the pickup truck, Anita Holley of Ukiah, Calif., was not injured.

Police said Holley was southbound on Herman Darlage Drive and Jessie was northbound when the two vehicles collided.

The accident is still under investigation.

COLUMBUS, Ind.— A motorcyclist has been injured in a crash on Herman Darlage Drive.

Details of the accident are not yet available, but the rider is being transported to a hospital via medical helicopter.

The crash occurred at about 2:30 p.m.
